We shoot on location.

Do you understand the difference between a Blue Ridge GA traveler and a Dahlonega GA traveler?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is the biggest reason to hire a local team. A Blue Ridge guest is booking for the Scenic Railway, the Toccoa River, and an outdoor weekend. A Dahlonega guest is booking for wine country, historic downtown, and an Atlanta couples trip. Asheville and Chattanooga travelers behave differently again. Each needs different photos, amenity language, and ad creative. A national agency writes the same listing for all. We do not.

Airbnb and Vrbo are closed platforms. A guest who searches Airbnb in Asheville with hot tub or short term rental in Chattanooga on Google almost never sees an individual listing. They see Airbnb.com as an aggregator, a few property managers, and travel blogs. Your property, brand, photos, and story are invisible to Google unless you have a direct booking website and supporting content.
