Our Story

Crest & Cove Creative was born from a gap we kept seeing: talented STR hosts with stunning properties and no one to tell their story the right way. National agencies overlook secondary Southeast markets. Local freelancers lack integrated strategy. We built Crest & Cove to bridge that gap — combining professional visual content, platform expertise, and data-driven marketing under one roof.

 

Our team brings together three distinct disciplines so that every property we touch is findable, irresistible, and backed by a guest experience that delivers. We serve North Alabama, Chattanooga, North Georgia, and Western North Carolina with the kind of singular focus that generalist agencies simply cannot match.

Co-Founder & Creative Director Jacob leads all on-location visual production — photography, cinematic video, sound engineering, and virtual tours. His background in professional video production means Crest & Cove clients receive broadcast-quality content that was previously only available to luxury hotel brands. From HDR interior photography to 60-second Instagram reels that stop the scroll, Jacob captures the authentic character of every property. His attention to ambient sound, color grading, and lifestyle staging transforms listings from static photos into immersive experiences. When a guest watches one of Jacob's property videos, they're not just seeing a rental — they're imagining themselves there.

Thomas Garner

Co-Founder & Visibility Director

Thomas builds the digital foundation that makes properties discoverable. He leads SEO strategy, keyword research, Google Business Profile optimization, and direct-booking website development for every client. His work ensures that when a traveler searches "cabin near Chattanooga" or "lake house rental Blue Ridge," our clients appear at the top. Thomas designs and builds direct-booking websites that free hosts from OTA dependency, implements schema markup for Google Vacation Rentals, and manages citation networks across tourism directories and travel platforms. His philosophy is simple: great marketing is invisible — when a guest finds and books directly without touching an OTA, that's the result of deliberate strategy.

Hospitality Strategy Director

Brinlee brings what no amount of technical skill can replace: genuine, hands-on hospitality expertise. With deep experience across the Florence, Alabama and Nashville, Tennessee markets, she understands the STR industry from the operational and guest-facing side. Brinlee leads listing optimization, client relationships, review management, and revenue strategy. She writes listing copy that speaks to real travelers, drafts review responses that double as marketing, and provides pricing guidance rooted in local market intelligence. Brinlee is the reason our marketing doesn't just drive clicks — it translates into five-star stays, loyal return guests, and sustainable revenue growth for every host we serve.
